Return and Exchange Instructions

1. The goods sold in this store are personal items. If you have worn them (it is considered to be a try-on), for health and safety reasons, unless the goods are defective, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the goods Please do not try it on, and do not destroy the complete package at will!!!!!
2. If you find any defects or damage or shortage of accessories after receiving the goods, you need to exchange the goods, please do so within 7 days after the arrival of the goods Log in to the "My Account" page to apply for "Exchange", and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
3. Notes on return and exchange: The returned product must be returned to its original state, that is, it must be returned to the original state when you received the product (including the main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc. )
4. The following circumstances may affect your return rights:
* The same trial product has been attached to the product, or you have been given the opportunity to listen and try before receiving the audio-visual disc and software.
* If the packaging of the product is damaged, the seal is removed, the hang tag is removed, the sticker is removed, or the label is removed without affecting your inspection of the product
* Before you receive the product, you have been provided for inspection commodity opportunity.
* Other reasons beyond the necessity of inspection or attributable to you, resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the product.
5. If you have obtained a paper invoice, please return it when you return it.
6. Please use another packaging bag to wrap the product outside the original packaging. Do not paste paper or write text directly on the original packaging. Damaged original packaging cannot be returned or the cost of damage will be deducted from the refund.
7. When you apply for return or exchange, please take the initiative to ask for the documents from the freight forwarder, and keep them until the return and exchange is completed, so as to facilitate future inquiries.
